These terms apply to every order placed on purepleasureshop.co.uk. Please read them before buying. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

2. Age requirement
You must be 18 or over to buy from this site. By placing an order you confirm that you are.
3. Placing an order
Adding items to your basket and paying is an offer to buy. A contract exists once we send you a dispatch confirmation — not at the point of payment.
We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, we’ve priced something wrongly, payment fails, or we cannot deliver to your address. If we decline after you’ve paid, we refund you in full.
4. Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Delivery is shown separately at checkout before you pay.
If we discover a pricing error before dispatch we’ll contact you to confirm whether you want to proceed at the correct price, or cancel for a full refund.
5. Payment
We accept payment by card through Stripe, and through PayPal. Payment is taken at checkout.
Your statement will show JHX-ENTERPRISES-LTD. No product name or description appears.
6. Delivery
- Free UK delivery on orders over £30
- Most items are dispatched within 3–5 working days; full-size dolls within 10–12 working days
- Sent by ⚠ Royal Mail or DPD, depending on the order, tracked
- ⚠ No signature is required on delivery, including for larger items.
We deliver to UK addresses only.
All orders arrive in plain, unbranded packaging. Nothing on the outside describes the contents, and no product information appears on the label.
If delivery is delayed by something outside our control, we’ll tell you and agree a new date. If a delay becomes unreasonable you can cancel for a full refund.
Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered.
7. Your right to cancel — 14 days
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To cancel, email hello@purepleasureshop.co.uk before the 14 days expire. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Important exemption — sealed items. This right does not apply to goods sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery. Because of what we sell, this applies to most of our products.
In plain terms: if the item is still sealed and unopened, you can return it. Once the seal is broken we cannot accept it back. This is a legal exemption, not a company policy, and it is the same across the industry.
Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the goods, to the original payment method.
Returns address. Sealed, unopened items being returned should be sent to: ⚠ Unit 16 Valley Rd, Birkenhead, Merseyside, CH41 7EL. Please email us first so we can expect your return.
8. Faulty or misdescribed goods
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by anything above. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
If something is faulty:
- Within 30 days — you can reject it for a full refund
- Within 6 months — we’ll repair or replace it; if that fails, you’re entitled to a refund
- Up to 6 years — you may still have a claim if the fault was present at delivery
Our own policy goes further than the law requires. If an item arrives faulty we replace it free of charge, and you don’t need to send the original back. Faulty items are always replaced, regardless of how many orders you’ve placed with us.

9. Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Specifications come from our suppliers. Photographs are representative; colours may vary slightly between screens.
Our products are intended for adult personal use. Follow the care instructions supplied. Use only water-based lubricant with silicone and TPE items — oil and silicone-based lubricants can damage the material.
Our products are not medical devices and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a health concern, speak to your GP or pharmacist.
10. Website content
All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to JHX Enterprises Ltd or our licensors. You may view and print it for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish or redistribute it commercially without our permission.
11. Our liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses.
We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
12. Complaints
Email hello@purepleasureshop.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge within 2 working days and resolve within 14 days.
If we can’t resolve it, you may be able to use alternative dispute resolution or take the matter to court.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
