Every order ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging. There is nothing on the outside to indicate the sender or the contents — no product names, no company name, no PurePleasure branding. Your privacy matters to us and discretion is standard on every order, at no extra cost.

For your privacy, the descriptor on your bank or card statement will read JHX ENTERPRISES LTD, not PurePleasure.

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation by email. Track your order any time at /track-order/ using your order number and email.
Problems
